New Enhancements

Foxdesignsstudio is growning, and as such we’ve decided to rebuild our web presence from the ground up. This also means creating new business rules and how we function to help each one of you more effectively. You’re not just a client, you are our partner. So, we’ve decided to create a new process that puts more power back in your hands.

1) We’ve created a ticketing system.
2) A client FTP area
3) A client login area

The process is simple. Let’s take a company “ACME MOTORS” for instance. They want a new brochure and they already have some artwork. ACME Motors goes to our ticketing system, puts in a ticket for a new brochure to be created, and then uses our client FTP area with their login to upload all artwork or documents. Then they can sit back and relax, it’s that simple!

They can periodically login to the client login area and check up on the progress of their work. The same login works for multiple projects! We are in the process of creating a screencast of the entire process. Keep checking back!
